Summary/Abstract: Enterprise value is related to numerous factors, both internal and external ones. Value Based Management comprises a set of activities and tools to support the achievement of the main goal of the company which is a constant value for the owners treating the company as a form of investment. The procedure of VBM consists of activities undertaken in several stages, such as the creation, maintenance and realization of value for the owners. To make the process of value creation progressed in line with the concept of VBM and the expectations of the owners it should be permanently exposed to a positive stimulant of the processes of change in the company value. This paper classifies the basic value stimulants, often called value drivers and extracts those among them whose use in the management process helps to improve the efficiency of the company focused on growth.
