Summary/Abstract: Today, national daily newspaper news or comments affect people one way or the other in a period of forty days. The important thing is that the effect must be affirmative and beneficial. The total circulation of nationwide newspapers is about five million in Turkey. The daily newspaper readers are informed about the events while they also have opportunity to see different aspects of the events by daily comments. Hence, with news, comments and column writers, printed press carries out a significant function in terms of language and culture. In this article, language mistakes and typing errors of mostly circulated three newspapers are pointed out. We wanted to warn printed press by providing language mistakes and typing errors examples selected from Zaman, Posta and Hürriyet. We scanned these three newspapers within the period of three days (05. 01. 2010–08. 01. 2010). In addition, with examples, how Turkish Language rules, especially those related to conjunctions, are used wrong and incorrect ways is set forth. (Yeni özete gore düzeltilsin.)
