Summary/Abstract: The article presents the environmental actions, which are implemented in the dairy enterprises. They affect the implementation of the sustainable development concept at the microeconomic level and contribute to the sustainable production of dairy products. Author characterized by the production activities that improve the environmental performance of companies in the field of water and wastewater, waste management and air protection. The data presented in the article are the result of research carried out in the dairy industry throughout the country.
