Summary/Abstract: Issue of incomplete employment is still a major problem of the capitalist economy, unresolved both in economic theory and in practice. The main goal of this article is to compare the position of the three great economists on this issue: Joseph Alois Schumpeter, John Maynard Keynes and John Kenneth Galbraith.
