Summary/Abstract: Simulation games and behavioral simulations facilitate organizational development not only as external training tools. Interactive simulation-based intervention methods are applied in organizational change, ex ante strategy testing and other settings. Primary and secondary effects of their applications are observable on individual, group and organizational levels. However, their effectiveness is accompanied by high time and cost requirements.
