Summary/Abstract: The article describes the organizational structure as one of the elements affecting the strategy execution. The aim of the paper is to analyze the impact of various aspects of the organizational structure in the context of the effectiveness of the strategy implementation. The article describes the trends, which are increasingly connected to the structure of modern organizations. Results of this study indicated that there is a positive correlation between the increase in the degree of decentralization and diversification, as well as a reduction of formalization, and the effectiveness of the strategy.
