Summary/Abstract: Socialist political system refers to governmental and public property over the means of production. Making private property into government was done by confiscation; nationalisation and expropriation. Failure of this political system caused a revival of the category of private property and destruction of public property through the process of operating in the private sector. This relevant process which was started in Montenegro by the law of revival of property rights and compensation, has caused an increase of number of users who use archival documents in order to achieve their property rights. In the center of attention are again those documents which were used to make private property into state property. They are now used for opposite goals of revival of property rights.
