Summary/Abstract: The starting of the First serbian uprising striving for creation of free national state brought to further disintegration. The new layer of military commanders had specific influence on development of educational system. Many dukes, and other individuals, initrated opening of schools in their counties. In 1808 schools were opened in Jagodina, Belusić and Velika Drenova.
