Summary/Abstract: The paper analyses the situation in the construction sector in Bulgaria. It develops a theoretical basis of a construction company’s (investor) communication policy basics in a situation of global financial. For this purpose the paper researches the theoretical aspects of corporate image and corporate social responsibility which a construction company (investor) can employ to keep its market position and even get ahead of competitors
