Summary/Abstract: This paper analyses the results of empirical research, or rather only that part, which reveals the connection between mobbing/bullying as a psychosocial stressor and corporate social responsibility. The authors present their mobbing/bullying prevention model constructed with the aim to enhance the implementation of corporate social responsibility. Moreover, there are given detailed practical recommendations for managerial staff discussing their involvement into the training programs.
