Summary/Abstract: The paper presents an empirical study aimed at analysing employees’ satisfaction with performance appraisal and its preconditions. The authors present an empirical study, which was carried out with the aim to analyse the relationships between perceived performance appraisal justice, appraisal characteristics, satisfaction with appraisal results, appraisers, and appraisal process and system.
