Summary/Abstract: In the article there is presented elements that shapes effective management of an innovative organization. While analyzing the technical changes that cause creative and innovative work, Author is illustrating the impact of teamwork and expectations of employer associated with commitment work in the organization. Factors influencing the potential of the staff for the commitment are: knowledge and willingness to learn, communication and employee integration, organizational culture, and pro-innovative system of motivating employees
