Summary/Abstract: The postal services market in Poland had a revolution in 2013, the liberalization of the market has allowed the elimination of the monopoly of the Polish Post. Open market helped to increase the competitiveness and the emergence of a more and more operators. Marketing activities conducted by individual companies have to attract as many new customers. The dynamic development of e-commerce sector in Poland also enforces changes aimed at increasing customer satisfaction. Marketing innovations used by operators performing follow customers and competitors activities.
