Continued offence committed by fault

Summary/Abstract: The legal literature is unanimous regarding the fact that the continued offence cannot be committed by negligence. However, some of the solutions from the judicial practice lead us to a contrary conclusion. This article tries to explain this conclusion, by effecting a rigorous analysis of the concepts used in the analysis of the objective part ant the subjective part of the offence.
