Summary/Abstract: Women participation in management is the subject of discussions. The main question is the influence of women’s share in managerial bodies on the financial performance of companies. Literature gives not uniform answers what is explained by different factors. The aim of the research is to testify hypotheses about the relation between women representation in management of companies listed on WSE and their financial situation. Research is conducted applying taxonomic measures and correlation analysis.
