Summary/Abstract: Socio-economic development is varied in spatial aspect. Voivodeships are in this aspect the basic administrative units. The article presents assessment of socio-economic development level of Lubuskie Voivodeship at the powiat level. For this purpose, objects ordering method was applied. Indicators based on one or two models were used. This allows for determining powiats of higher and lower level of development. The results indicate that it is more appropriate to use indicators based on two models. Differences in results are lower and received rankings are more convergent.
