Summary/Abstract: Piaget tries to explain children’s cognitive development by stages in his studies. In these stages, preoperational stage which takes ages from two to seven, he claims that children cannot earn acquisitions in concrete and non-concrete operational stages. The aim of the research is to determine earning of Piaget’s relative concepts and to determine whether the results show similarities with the year Piaget first claimed his theory. The study is carried with 30 children in Ağrı province between 3 and 6 years old in pre-school education in 2014-2015 and 2015-2016. As the results of the study, it is seen that children in pre-operational stage can earn the acquisition in upperoperational stages which is different than Piaget’s theory.
