Summary/Abstract: 4th Scientific Conference „Current trends in the management” was held on 24 March 2015 at the Cracow University of Economics. The motto of this edition was “Outsourcing in the economy”. The event was organized by the Scientific Association Process Management. During the conference, speakers presented the basic aspects of outsourcing and also specific issues associated with it. This was also a lively discussion.
