Summary/Abstract: The paper analyzes the legally enforceable attributes of political responsibility imposed on political parties in the Russian Federation. Attention is paid to the problem of objective forms of political responsibility incurred by political parties. Three variants for formalization of political responsibility have been suggested: legislative description of its bases, certain conditions, and potential application of negative measures.
