Office for Religious Affairs and Problems of the Functioning of Ecclesiastical Seminars and the Education of Clergymen

Summary/Abstract: The article presents, on the base of literature, published, as well as unpublished archival sources, operations of the Office for Religious Affairs - the Polish People's Republic central organ of administration of religion - showing its negative influence on the functioning of ecclesiastical seminars and the education of clergymen. W artykule omówiono, w oparciu o literaturę, archiwalia wydane drukiem oraz archiwalia dotychczas niepublikowane, działalność Urzędu do spraw Wyznań - centralnego organu administracji wyznaniowej PRL, w zakresie utrudniania funkcjonowania seminariów duchownych i kształcenia kleryków.
