Summary/Abstract: Comprehensive work is almost complete. However, work does not end here because procedure of categorisation is a statical as well as dynamical process in totality of social, political, cultural and other relations in a society, which defines such relation as a process. Some of categorised owners will be closed, and others opened in accordance to needs of the society, as well as attitude of archival community regarding this and similar issues.Goal of this article is to present elaborate criteriums and methodology of approach to valuation at the macrovaluation level in totality of social processes whose goal is categorisation of archive material makers in public and private sectors. Method of such approach to valuation resulted in categorisation of public and private makers from the sphere of State Archive Rijeka, as it is estimated by regulations.
