Summary/Abstract: The modern politics as element of political sciences is in to transformation phase. This thesis is connected with complexity of the modern world, where two processes which appeared after cold war are observed: globalization and regionalism. Today the world is at a trasnsition stage from unipolar to the multipolar device.
