Summary/Abstract: Definitions of corporate social responsibility are assessed. Examples for the implementation of initiatives of public interest are covered. The study outlines the interoperability between the public administration and business representatives in order to lay the foundations for active voluntary participation of all concerned parties as well as create a favorable environment for the implementation of corporate social responsibility.
