Summary/Abstract: A recent sentence issued by the 2nd Bucharest District Court brings into discussion aspects concerning the competence of the Court in judging the complaints of the persons involved in a penal trial. The defendants claim their legitimate interests were damaged as a consequence of the wrong steps followed in the stage of penal investigation.
