Charm of Ancient Albanian Ornaments

Summary/Abstract: The archaeological objects that come to light undoubtedly hold the attention of the general public, but this admiration becomes even more general when one learns that these finds date back to a little known period, that is the High Middle Ages, during which the process of the formation of the Albanian people. Such are the finds known as the “Albanian culture” or Arbënore, called in literature: the “Koman civilization”. Naturally, this admiration should not be attributed solely to the historical value, but also to the charm of the shape and craftsmanship of certain objects, in particular ornaments, which make it possible to know the intelligence and aptitudes of their creators, the trends and the tastes of those who have worn them.
