The jurisprudence of the European Court on Human Rights Causes regarding Romania, settled within the 1st of June – the 4th of October 2007

Summary/Abstract: During that time, the European Court on Human Rights solved 20 causes regarding the violation by Romania of the rights written in the Convention. Most of them concern the violation of the provisions of article 6, granting the right for an equitable trail and article 1 from the First Additional Protocol to the Convention, regarding the protection of property.
