Summary/Abstract: This article makes a chronological overview of the genre of memoir, epistle and biography in the Albanian literature since its origin, and here it deals with the Latin writing of Barleti and Gjon Muzaka, to proceed with an evidence of the elements of this genre in the uMissal” of Buzuku or Budi and Bogdani which accomplish these ideas through epistle, correspondence style as well as their comments. Through the inductive method, together with historical coverage of all stages and development of this genre in all its manifestations, including those through the testimony classic memories and explanations on the first personal pronouns, with epistle proving the connection of the author with the time, with the world of letters, with individuals and institutions, intermediate cases between epistle and necrology, the memories and the shocking evidence, which may serve as a source for the story in dark phases, correspondence, diary and autobiography, the article aims to prove that the Albanian genre of memoir, epistle and biographies fulfills the expectations and is quite fine-tuned developments on the genre of European literature on time and on trend.
