Summary/Abstract: In the article the issues referred to the role of the workshops in higher education are discussed. The author presents binational workshops organized by Technical University in Berlin and Szczecin University. The students of pedagogy were participants of the workshops. The author concentrates on one aspects of the workshops – the experience of the Other.
