Identification and evaluation of technical degradation of infrastructure objects in extraordinary situations.

Summary/Abstract: The alternative identification methods of status of use of the infrastructure object, degraded in a result of an extraordinary occurrence (like for instance natural disaster or terrorist attack), have been discussed. In these methods the relation of weak domination and the surpassing relation have been applied. The proposed methodics can become the part of selection procedure of multi-criteria optimal variant for reconstruction of the object, especially when there is an urgent need of bringing the object into use quickly.
