The MCT test arises from Moral Development Dual-Aspect Theory being analyzed and constructed by a current psychologist G. Lind. The statistical analysis proved sufficient reliability of MCT. There were found surprisingly no significant differences in moral competence level between Ethical Education students and teachers.
