Summary/Abstract: The original document issued by Alexandru cel Bun on the 6th of July, 1413 for Rădăuţi Bishopric was discovered as a result of a research at the Archiwum Glowne Akt Dawnych in Warsaw, Poland, in Alexandru Czolowski Archive Fund. The document was known from a German copy, and there are many differences between this copy and the original act. At the same time, several inadvertences are corrected and new information regarding that period are brought consequent to the publishing of the original.
