EVALUATION SPECIFICS OF REGISTRY MATERIALS MEDIATED IN SECURITIES TRADING

Summary/Abstract: The author is concerned with some evaluation specifics of registry materials (in terms of positive legislation) mediated in securities trading, which was created as a direct result of the Bosnian society transition. This archival material is specific for that period and did not exist in the previous system so it is unknown to earlier archival service and archivists. The archival material is relating to the activity of brokerage houses, stock exchanges, the Register and the Securities Commission and refers to the mediation in securities trading. Due to the relevance and importance of archival material it is necessary to emphasize the need for evaluation of that material and its protection and the need of including archivists in these processes.
