Summary/Abstract: In this study, the author describes the situation of the Great Britain, considering the referendum of 23 June regarding the British law system and the presentation of the evolution post-accession to the Community space. The structure and the content of the study reveal the consequences which Brexit has in Great Britain, as a Member State of the European Union. Moreover, the author examines in that study the report published by The Law Society – the largest professional association of lawyers in Great Britain – as regards the manner in which its members consider the question of the referendum consequences, the impact areas and the strategies proposed in both post-referendum situations, that Great Britain should remain a member of the EU with renegotiation procedures of its status or that it should go out of the EU and its negotiations regarding its new legal status. Finally, the author draws the conclusions of this report.
