CE SEMNIFICAŢIE AU EXPRESIILE CARE SE REFERĂ LA EXPERIENŢELE SUBIECTIVE? - LUDWIG WITTGENSTEIN, DESPRE IDEEA UNUI LIMBAJ PRIVAT-

Summary/Abstract: The present paper represents an attempt to illustrate a unique style of  thought to be found in the later writings of Ludwig Wittgenstein. The  discussion focuses on the remarks made in Philosophical Investigations on  the idea of a private language, and is restricted to those passages in  which the Austrian thinker shows the overrated role of introspection in  determining  the  meaning  of  psychological  concepts.  By  examining  Wittgenstein’s  philosophical  practice,  I  will  try  to  point  out  that  a  private language is shown to be an illusion not on the basis of some  argument  or  thesis,  but  only  in  virtue  of  a  series  of  grammatical  remarks meant to describe the way in which certain expressions are  used in different language games and, at the same time, to throw light  on  some  of  the  sources  of  philosophical  confusions  and  misunderstandings in general.
