Summary/Abstract: The paper deals with the impact of organization’s culture on organizational changes, revises its typology, and defines two distinct concepts of ‘organization’s culture’ and ‘organizational culture’. A special attention is given to the description of basic parameters of the organization’s culture formation and cultural changes.
