Summary/Abstract: The aim of this paper is to find the causes of perishment of the philosophical schools of ChineseBuddhism between V and VII c. A.C. The subject of consideration are: seven first Buddhistschools, Chinese Madhyamaka and Chinese Yogacara. The causes are ideological, ex. Philosophical,not cultural or linguisical. For the sake of paper I am comparing the thought of mentionedschools with the philosophy of Tiantai and Huayan.
