Summary/Abstract: Elections for the Municipal Council were held in Tuzla, according to records, 06 June 1910. Right to vote had 1089 voters, of which 740 participated. Voting was held in accordance with the Law for administrative urban municipalities in Bosnia and Herzegovina with an election in a row, and, according to the same regulations established the Municipal Council. At the constituent assembly, held on the 1st September 1910. for the mayor Osman eff. Vilovic was elected, which district head Foglar described as the first mayor that graduated from the Faculty of Law. These records and reports contain very valuable information about other members of the Tuzla municipal council, as well as those who failed to join the council. Here it is very important to pay attention to a report that talks about the activities of Dr. lvo Pilar, and his efforts to repeat elections.
