Summary/Abstract: In late summer and autumn of 1941 Bosniak citizens through a series of resolutions addressed to the tops of the NDH, adopted in several cities (Prijedor, Sarajevo, Mostar, Banja Luka, Bijeljina, Tuzla) ,, in the unenviable situation of occupation and devastation, general personal and material insecurity and uncertainty, distanced himself from the Ustasha policy of persecution of Serbs, Jews and Gypsies. AS A Starting OF all these resolutions, particularly Sarajevo, IS considered the parliamentary conclusion Association Ilmija "El Hidaje" of 14 August 1941, which publicly protested against the crime and suffering. The signatories of the resolution were the representatives of Bosniaks public life, officials of the Islamic community, various associations and unions, businessmen, landowners, intellectuals and other prominent citizens. The basis of anti-fascism is contained, according to their own way and this resolution, the deepest human right, the right to life, freedom and equality of the individual and the national team
