Summary/Abstract: This paper presents crucial issues of evolving organization effectiveness idea. The conception bases on the Nelson&Winter’s theory. The paper is divided in two general parts. The first one presents the evolutionary typology of organizational effectiveness. The second shows the elementary circumstances of effectiveness from Nelson&Winter’s theory perspective. The conclusions and future directions of research are the last part of the paper.
