Summary/Abstract: The contribution is concerned with the introduction of various forms of violence that may occur in the workplace. The emphasis is on mobbing or psychological terror, which is currently not only in Italy a very dangerous social phenomenon. On the background of decisions of the Italian courts this kind of bullying is analyzed as well as mobbing solutions in Italy including their evaluation and comparison with Czech legislation.
