Summary/Abstract: Our paper reveals a comparatistic approach of Anne Franke’s diary and the pseudodiary of Mariana Marin from her volume Aripa secreta. The bond of the two literary works dominated merely by the direct and authentic confession is emodided by the same tension of the told and the hidden/untold. The interpretative grid proposed enforces the profoundly existentialist note of the poetess. Our endevour, reported to the critical reception of the epoch, highlights the manner in which the experience and the reflection embrace in the author’ work.
