Summary/Abstract: This article deals with the issue of independent administrative agencies in the context of law on civil service, and responds to the arguments of the Constitutional Court reasoning the repeal of a part of the Civil Service Act and in substance pronouncing the existence of independent administrative agencies unconstitutional.
