Summary/Abstract: The essence of debt and equity financing models from a position of operational approach is defined. The use of debt and equity financing models by large and medium agricultural enterprises of Ukraine is analyzed. Significant growth of the role of debt financing model in terms of worsening self-financing of agriculture is revealed. The basic patterns of development of debt and equity financing models of Ukrainian agricultural enterprises are illustrated by using regression models.
