Organizational and legal conditions and reasons of joining academies

Summary/Abstract: The aim of this work is to determine organizational and legal conditioning of joining academies when their functioning is impossible due to demographical and economic factors. In the article, there are also presented circumstances pointing to the necessity to apply such actions when the value of income, costs and the appointed financial result in the area of didactics in public and private academies is negative. There are also estimated possibilities of performing the procedure concerning joining academies. Detailed analysis of procedures connected with consolidation of academies was carried out based on law in this area. There are regulations on joining academies in UPoSW that can be applied to the units realizing their duties in public and social area. The act also regulates the way of joining the academies. Those processes can be held separately in public and private area.
