Summary/Abstract: This article presents the results of studies showing the occurrence of unethical behaviours in labour relations in the Polish tax offices. The respondents characterized the participants of dysfunctional situations, the forms, causes and consequences of unethical behaviours. Formulated conclusions and suggested remedies.
