The situation of women in the labour market of West Pomerania. Employers’ opinions research report

Summary/Abstract: This paper presents the results of research on the problemof discrimination against women in the West Pomeranian labormarket. Opinions of employers are presented here in relation tospecific issues concerning the practice of gender equality policiesand Gender Index results in the enterprises under consideration.The research results point to the limited access of women to workrelatedfacilities, limited access to opportunities to improve theirsituation in the labor market and disregarding the effects of genderissues by employers.
