Summary/Abstract: Students graduating universities are important source of potential technology entrepreneurs. Pre-venture processes related to technology entrepreneurship including the formation of entrepreneurial intentions are largely underresearched topics. This paper formulates propositions about determinants of intentions for technology entrepreneurship among students and provides recommendations for future research.
