Summary/Abstract: The paper’s aim is to present different poetic embodiment of lavish literary heritage present in the poetic work by Musa Ćazim Ćatić. This luxurious literary heritage in the poetic work of Musa Ćazim Ćatić adapted to the new, modern, symbolic literary and poetic sensibilities, that is why religion and oriental-Islamic heritage and mythological tradition in his poetry has taken a quite different function - aesthetic.
