Merits of stipulating the principle of control and supervision over the legality of public authorities in the constitution of modern democracy

Summary/Abstract: The contribution deals with some selected constitutional principles, their importance, their relationship and their current application. Specifically it analyzes the importance of the relationship as well as the constitutional principle of commitment law, the principle of separation of powers as well as the need to implement the principle of control and supervision of the legality of public administration in modern democratic constitution. Contribution also points to some of the authorities derogating from the theory of separation of power.
