Summary/Abstract: The practice of functioning of the contemporary enterprises gives more and more evidence of increasing the importance of analytical approach in management. In many companies, however, there are dilemmas about the legitimacy of its implementation in the HR area. The paper presents the results of research which aim was to identify the degree of implementation of the analytical approach in various areas of HR management in the companies taking into account their size measured by the number of employee. The study was conducted on a group of 61 firms, using the technique of questionnaire. The results confirmed the hypothesis of the existence of the relationship between the utilization of analytics in the human resources management and the size of the company.
